Hi, I’m Dwayne – a Re/Max Realtor here in Edmonton who’s been at this for just about 30 years now. Long enough to have seen every market swing, every interest-rate rollercoaster, and a whole lot of happy Families pulling into their new driveways.
Before I ever held a real estate license, I was the guy on the job site with muddy boots – digging basements, framing walls, pouring and finishing concrete, hanging drywall, and shingling roofs. I learned houses from the ground up, literally. That hands-on start, is why I still walk into a home and spot things most people miss – good bones, solid builds, or the little red flags that could cost you down the road.
Over the decades, I’ve helped hundreds of people buy, sell, and invest in Edmonton real estate. I’ve negotiated tough deals, calmed first-time-buyer nerves, and celebrated with empty-nesters who finally got top dollar for the Family home. I love what I do, because every Client becomes more like a friend than a file number.
When I’m not out showing houses or crunching numbers for the best possible offer, you’ll find me cheering at grandkids’ lessons, teaching Martial Arts, or hosting Family events with my beautiful Wife Gwen.
